Arch Bishop Dr. Vijay Emmanuel is the Arch Bishop of Asia for the Living Grace Episcopal Mission and Senior Pastor of Living Grace Church, Chandigarh. Founder of Emmanuel With India Ministries (EWIM) and Directir of Emmanuel Theological University. he has helped plant over 120 churches across India and continues to expand the Gospel throughout Asia.
